I didn't think their second CD would be nearly as good as the first, but after listening for a couple of weeks I have decided that it is even better. Perhaps it is just where I am in my life now. How many songs have you ever heard on Demon Possession like Track 6? Anyway, I heartily concur with your assessment of Casting Crowns. It was a joy to find out that they are very real and very committed to their home church as well.I also love Casting Crowns. It took me awhile to get into the Lifesong album, but it's a good one for those rough spots. I also love the Newsboys' hits (the one with 17 songs), Adoration, and Devotion albums. Less of an edge than Casting Crowns, but at least as lyrically deep. Recently, I decided to try something different, and chose Chris Tomlin's Arriving. I'm still getting use to the style, but the lyrics are great for putting your mind on just how, ahem, Indescribable God really is.I also love Casting Crowns.
